* We offer free shipping within the continental US on all orders that are under 7 square foot in size.

* When requesting a quote please provide the size of the pieces you need and your zip code so our project managers can assist you in getting accurate pricing & shipping information.

* All custom orders require a 50% deposit to build and the balance is due prior to shipping the finished work.

* All of our pieces ship in wooden crates and padded boxes. We ship via FedEx Ground, fully insured and provide you the tracking #.
